I don't know what was up with him today, and not sure what to do while we're away, we leave Friday.
I was so hoping he would make it clear today. We're so close but not sure we're close enough.

Why don't you stay with 0.10U for now (unless he drops below 50) and you could probably go down to a drop dose during his vacation (or no insulin).
For the next 2-3 days, try feeding a snack at +9 in both the AM and PM cycles and see if that gets rid of the blue preshots.

I don't like that 137 today. I agree with Bhooma, let's see what he does the next couple days on this dose.
