I slept solidly between that +2.5 and +7 again. I don't know why I'm not hearing my cell phone alarm. The next one was set for a +4, and I could see that the phone was messed with, when I woke up this morning, so I must have learned to silence it in my sleep.
It's time for a new phone anyway.

J.D. and Ginger both ate all their 1st Breffis, today! :-D
They are both outside, and I need to get my behind in gear and get ready for work.

Yay for hungry kitties :smile: also for a nice sleep :smile: :smile: perhaps put the phone out of reach for when you really need to get up, or can you make it make a different sound that you're not used to?

Morning Dyana! CD told me to drink a nice big glass of water before sleeping...that helps to wake one up in a short period of time. But yes, getting it on the other side of the room helps and also changing ringtones helps too. I bought one of those battery operated alarms clocks too, for back upl
I owke up too many times with my cell phone cradled in my arms! ugh!!

Hi guys .. nice numbers for J.D. and yay for eating breffis!! We had three alarm clocks in our room, cause it never failed the two next to our bed always got turned off, while the one across the room demanded we get up to turn it off .. have a great day!
