07/10 Ben OTJ Trial Day 3 - AMBG 72

The new food Whole Earth Duck Pate states 2 cans/6.5# Ben only ate 2 cans. I have never seen him eat 4 cans.
He usually eats 1/2 3oz can 4X/day. Oh he did have turkey breast for a snack but not 2 cans worth. IDK

Ben only eats half as much as all the labels we have on hand recommend. He must be a SUPER CAT -

Our old apartment's tub as Ben's box was big enough for this BIG BOY

AMBG was 72, fed; AM +2 was 81; PMBG was 86, fed; PM +5 was 91, fed; PM +7 was 75, fed

He gets 1/2 3oz can per feeding 4 times/day.
I have been a bit nervous with the trial after PS & Shooting by the numbers and so much BG testing to get to this trial.

I may be seeing a pattern to when his system needs to be fed. Staying green makes me feel better until we get in the 90's.
But then I feed and see numbers returning to the 70's. I think we may be out of the woods for now.

If he's not getting any insulin you don't have to worry about his numbers going too low. Some cats that are not diabetic normally run in the 40s.
