Look at the wonderful things going on here.
Going down the dose ladder can be fast, as you can see.
You might not be at this dose long but I'd stick with the 1u this AM.

don't forget what Libby suggested yesterday about feeding at +1, and +2:

....Do you think you can divide his normal PMPS (and AMPS) meal into 3 portions?
Then feed one portion at PMPS, one at +1, and one at +2. The idea is to spread the food out at the time the insulin is kicking in, to see if that will slow down the drop.

Trey just moved up very little be never the less....+1~101 and I know why!!!! Trey loved seafood and it is very low in carbs...This morning he got Friskies chicken dinner and look at the difference.. When I want him to surf he will have to have meat but keep him there I bet seafood is the answer Going to keep testing this idea see what happens +2 would not eat chichen this time had a bit of tuna just 1 tbsp check +2 LOL Kath

95 is good Kath...has a bit of food in there...

from the curve chart:

+1 - Usually higher than PreShot number because of the last shot wearing off. May see a food spike in this number.
+2 - Often similar to the PreShot number.

got another 1/4 can seafood and he is still coming down mmm He is running and playing but keeps watching for DH to come get him for ear poke :cry:

He is playing like he use too. We think he may have a bit of diarrhea so will watch that.. He tested +5~76 W have got to leave for G`son`s birthday so will be gone 4 -5 hours will be back in time for shot.I will not screw him up again...+8-12 We will eat and run :lol: :razz: :mrgreen: ;-) will leave food out just fed him 1 oz Chef`s Friskies dinner. He did come up on FF seafood we fed at +3.75 so Maybe that don`t work Oh well will test before we leave Kath

you'll pretty much being doing the same thing as this morning...feed din, snack at +1 and +2 and nice and easy surf.

If you are going to be home, you have HC and strips on hand.... shoooooot.....

Well, test again at PMPS, then shoot, then feed.
I suggest you do the same food (3 snacks) thing as you did yesterday.
How does that sound?

and you got another 95 at +1?

+2~67 Trey found a few treats that DH gave to Schooch and he didn`t eat that is why we had a 95+1 I think we will test at +3 gave him 1/3 can FF MC cause he didn`t eat very much at +1 LOL Kath

Thank you Ronnie I laugh CUTE but that is what we did....Trey tested 74+4.25 in 15 minutes can he really come up that high or did we have a error. That test DH hit the honey well Big blood and he was only 23 can you have too much blood...We gave him a big blob of gravy and I did the test can this be for real LOL

if he got gravy and honey, then this jump could be partly from the honey. Can you test again in 1/2 hour?

no honey just gravy yes we will test in 30 minutes but can you have too much blood maybe it blocked the spot???? and he wasn`t that low

That's interesting as just yesterday I had a low reading with a big drop blood and had asked the same question - can a larger than usual blood give a wonky reading? No matter though as you and Trey and DH are doing great. Have a good evening and weekend..

Gave a bit more gravy after last test 92+4.75 guess we should be good for a bit Wow another Friday night with the family Zoo LOL always like to see +6 go by LOL :mrgreen: ;-) @-)

Tested Trey 92+5.5 eating a nice snack HC/LC =PEI Trey snack Ok we shoot 0.75 units .. So now we are off to bed will leave a snack and hope he don`t get it till later See you in the AM +11.75 Thanks again for this place I hate to think how we would be doing now without you guys ...Have a good night Prayers and Angels coming to bring you Peace Light and Health .. ;-) :lol: :mrgreen:
