quick update..

I was able to get the webcam to work internally on the home wi-fi but wasn't able to connect outside the wi-fi. My solution was to remote into my home laptop from work and view from the home laptop - at least I would be able to see if he was eating - but no audio (to call him if he wasn't). I just check it again from my phone and it is now working - I have no idea why and I really don't care! At least it is working. I was up until 11:30p last night trying to get it to work and worked on it all morning before I left. I only got about 4 hours of sleep last night

He ate all of his +2.5 food (was waiting for it to turn) YAY!
