Good morning!
AMPS 221 shooting .5F

Boomer ate all of his overnight fuds except for about half of his +6.

Allen ate very well last night again. I gave him an extra meal in his buffet last night; a snack of one of his kidney fuds, but he didn't eat it. There was a small poop in his box.

The heat finally broke here last night. Storms rolled through the area a couple of times yesterday; clouds were swirling and "rotating" but I haven't heard of any actual funnel clouds forming.

DH wants me to stay at home today; we both hate leaving the cats alone so much especially when it means shutting Allen in his bedroom all day so that he can have free access to his buffet. DMIL "rested comfortably" last night.

Last Saturday when we drove to a provincial park to find the Red-Headed Woodpecker (which we did, yay) I had another first on the drive home. There was a Red Fox on the side of the road! I don't think DH had any intention of stopping but I changed his mind quickly for him! This was a first for me (the Red Fox, not changing DH's mind ) and although the fox walked away from me it did turn around to check me out so I was able to get a few shots of his face.

Booms is likely feeling a little of your stress IMHO. Glad he's not pulling any funny stuff at the moment. Glad Allen ate well last night and hope he has a decent poop on his own soon. Continuous vines and prayers for your DMIL :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Awesome Fox picture! Thought I'd share a picture of a Big Horn Sheep a friend got the other day here in AZ.

Thank you for your condolences, sympathies, prayers, and hugs. :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:
It was very peaceful for Mom and it all happened within about 5 minutes.
She had been transferred to a hospice last night and it is a beautiful and peaceful place and they go out of their way to provide for their residents and the families. They had a small service this afternoon once the funeral home was there to pick her up. It was very peaceful and lovely. Since there are 2 grandchildren (and one of their spouses) out of the country next week the service has been delayed until the following week.

It sounds like she had a wonderful life and she lived a long time. You must have a lot of good memories of her?

I'm glad you're doing Ok & DH also.

Take it easy ,everything will be better in Time.:)

I’m very, very sorry for your loss, Judy. How incredible that she was 95 and was still independent. Still, it doesn’t lessen the pain and sorrow we feel when we lose our moms. Please convey our sympathy to Greg.

Vines and condolences to you and family in your dmil’s passing. As peaceful as it was for her, may these days be peaceful for you and yours in consoling and memories. Heaps of hugs for you and of course extra scritches for Boomer and Allen.❤️
