Hope everyone in the US had a safe and happy 4th of July

China still isn't eating as much as I'd like her to. I'm not sure what else I can try that I can afford (or get right away). Otherwise, she seems to be doing OK except for getting a little tired of being poked (and I can't really blame her for that)

Morning, hope you had a nice 4th also. Sorry China isn't eating a much as you had hoped. That is always a worry when Mags doesn't eat, too. Sending China appy vines. Have a nice day.

You could give her a little rest on the testing - stick to 4 times a day for a while (AMPS, +6 ish, PMPS and before bed) - especially when she is high at pre shot and you know she probably has a lot of coming down to do.

Would China's BG values today be considered "surfing"? Still trying to fully understand all the terminology

Yeah, Wendy, I will try to slow down some, especially on days where she starts out high, but she sure keeps me guessing on where her BG is going next

I would certainly consider this cycle as a lovely, blue surf!

How much is China eating? You may want to look at calories vs. amount.

May have to buy a surfboard....LOL

How would I convert to calories? In 24hrs, she's not even eating a full 5.5 ounces. Her main meals at AMPS & PMPS are her "big" meals, and if I'm lucky, she'll eat about 1/4 of a 5.5oz can and then will eat a few tsps in between (but nothing after 2hrs prior to shots)
