I hope everybody had a great 4th of July!
We spent all day yesterday wondering if we should head to the vet. Squallie hardly ate anything for two days and was starting to really worry me. Then last night he decided to really tuck in and ate pretty well!
At least, comparatively well. I didn't know whether he would eat today or not, but he's eaten fairly well today, too, thank heavens. He definitely chowed down on the gravy food when he dropped below 50, lol, couldn't get enough of it! Little stinker!
He still paws at his mouth, but nowhere near as frequently as he was doing just a day ago. He has definitely lost a good bit of weight, so the newest project is to put a couple pounds back on him. His insulin requirements have dropped incredibly! But he is full of purrs and snuggles, my sweet boy!
