I have a question. Now that the dose is really tiny and the BG stays more-or-less flat, is it ok to change the feeding timings to, say, every 2 hrs till +8, instead of every hour till +6, the way I had been doing to avoid early drops?
I’ve already been making some changes but mostly try to stick to the earlier schedule.

Yes, I think you can feed every couple of hours. Say +2, +4 and then +8 or +9. See what that does.
