6 months off the juice & Luna is doing well. This morning's pre-breakfast AMBG was 95 :mrgreen:
His eating schedule is about the same, he eats very well, looks good, and is playful and adventurous! We are both thrilled and so proud of him for doing well. I hope for many many more celebrations! Luna has had so many adventures, we are going to share a couple with you for some laughs!
Couple days ago, he was sitting on our desk in front of us, while Shawn and I played Family Feud on facebook. We had just reached the fast money challenge, when he began being all silly, so out came the camera, awwwww...next thing we see is our fast money challenge and the timer coming to the end! We forgot to play the challenge and scored all zero's while Luna distracted us! :lol:
This past week, we had an intruder break thru our barrier in our balcony. Luna was at the door ready to pounce on this dirty little pigeon bird! I scoot outside, and he makes his move! LUNA!!!! I shrieked. There goes Luna back & forth in the balcony trying to catch it! I grabbed him but darn, when did ya get so strong?! - he was desperate to have a taste of the stinky bird! Finally got him and shooed him inside while I dealt with this crazy bird. Luckily for the bird, he was smart enough to squeeze back out after the loony-tic cat came after him! :lol:
I'm very glad to be a continued part of LL where we found so many friends & have had so many wonderful celebrations, milestones & memories of the lives of our furry friends!
My favourite quote is one by Emily Dickinson, dwell in possibility We do all that we can; we do it for our furry babies & because we love them so much. Despite the highs and lows, the good days & the bad ones with feline diabetes; whether you have an OTJ kitty or plugging along, keep plugging, stay strong and keep your chin up. We have this wonderful place Rebecca began ~ I will forever be grateful for the support and wisdom of this board & Lantus Land, & so grateful for its creation!

Luna, Bast and I really want to say a special prayer for our furry friends that have gone to the bridge in recent months....(((Morris, Bayley, Odie, Bo, Callie, Rusty, Boomer, Blue Angel, Calliope, Conner))) dearly missed, but never forgotten.
