Thanks Katherine, I feel like a newbie. I fed her between +9 & +11. Still won’t eat from an auto feeder so I get up & feed her a little. I don’t test at that time, too out of it. Of course she’s not eating now which is why I am worried. Should I feed some mc 11% @+1? I know she will eat that.
 
79 or lower at PMPS doesn't bother me but the am does. Because Dolly is a grazer and has food available all day I am usually able to curb any limes :D
First thing in the morning makes me nervous.:nailbiting:

Thanks Wendy. :) Dolly is the queen of funny business lately. Not with her numbers but with making me jump through hoops and more to test her. Here I am begging this cat :banghead::banghead: to get on table to get tested. She looks at me, looks around, thinks about it for awhile and when she knows I am totally frustrated she jumps on the chair to the table like “what’s the big deal?” :rolleyes: I won’t grab her because it makes things worse later on. This is her new “funny business”. Hope you, Olivia and Sophie have a wonderful day! :)

Thanks Diane. I give her treats after tests but now she decides where I should put them, different place each time. She walks, looks back at me, stops, give treats then keeps going, wrong place for her, pick them up and move them to her preferred spot then she just leaves them so they are all over the living room :banghead::banghead:

Tyler has been doing something new for the past couple of months
If I'm watching TV or sleeping he'll come in and meow non stop.
He wants me to go into the kitchen , jump up on a chair which I put by the counter
and wants to be pet.
Will not want to be petted in the living room or bedroom:banghead:

If I don't go into the kitchen he won't stop meowing
Does he think I want to get up at 2AM or 3 AM and follow him into the kitchen
I'm really getting tired of this :banghead:

Diane, that is so funny. I know people without pets would never believe how smart they are. They play games with our head. I watch Dolly's face and I know she knows exactly what she is doing and that she is in the pilot's seat. Looks like Tyler was not feeling enough control over you so decided it was time to start testing mom to make sure you understand he is BOSS :smuggrin::smuggrin:

I agree people without pets wouldn't believe how smart and bossy they are.
I think Dolly and Tyler have joined forces to aggravate us :p
 
Hi Adrienne. With that 45 I would have given a tsp of high carb. Surf safely, pretty Dolly. I'm looking forward to watching her today. Congrats on shooting that low number. Always scary.
 
Oops. After I made that comment above I remembered you saying that Dolly was "carb sensitive". I hope the m/c brought her back up. Sorry. ECID and it is "trial and error" with all of them. Just want her to be safe. Looks like she did just fine with the m/c.

Thanks Summer. I almost never give Dolly hc or mc. She usually will come up on lc. She is very carb sensitive. I don’t mind shooting low numbers but I am definitely out of practice with a low AMPS. Thanks for checking on her. :):)

I also worry about Ashley on the 4th. In my neighborhood they start days before and then after. I hope it’s not terrible where you live. Would Ashley wear ear plugs or sound canceling head phones? Has she ever tried this? What a nightmare. I’m so sorry for both of you. It’s hard to be a mom when it involves your child in pain. Sending prayers for all of you and for Tyler to stop testing you and being a sweet brat. :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:

Do you know how she is doing? If anything was resolved, bills, etc.? I’ve sent messages but figured she still doesn’t have service. I want you to know how your knowledge about cat health is beyond helpful to me and probably everyone else. I want you to know what a great friend you’ve been to me. I think Pamela is up to $400. She should not be evicted because of the COVID extension on evictions through August 1 and she hopefully can pay rent by August 1.
