Furball was happy and purry this morning. A crazy storm blew threw yesterday evening and knocked our power out from 7:30 PM to 2:00 AM. It was very hot. I'm not sure how this affected Furball. She seemed happy and loving, but I worried about her being a long-haired cat.

It could have been a lot worse. A neighbor had a big tree fall in their yard. Thankfully we only had some tree branches come down. From what I've been reading, we are lucky to get our power back so quickly. Some people aren't expected to get their power back for a week.

Sending prayers out to all of those affected by the storms and still without power.

Furball wanted lots of loving this evening when I tested, fed and shot. It's good to see her in such a good mood.

It sounds like the storms that blew through here reached you. The Chicago area had winds up to 80 mph and we had hail!

It's great to hear how happy Furball is. How about giving some thought to fattening Furball's dose? It doesn't look like you're seeing much blue, let alone green.
