I agree with Elise, once you know Money's patterns on Lantus (including onset, nadir, duration) and her reaction to carbs, you don't need to be on 24 hours monitoring duty. Luckily for you, her lower drops seem to be early in the cycle. So you can be ready to feed then as needed. Also, with nadirs in the 50's and 60's, I wouldn't be in a rush to increase just yet. It also looks like her numbers are similar to a week ago, but her greens are more at night instead of the day time.
If the nadirs creep up, she might need a touch more insulin. An option when you want to tweak the numbers just a bit is to fatten the dose, so just part way up to 1.25 units.
