Thanks everyone. My mom just let me know she passed. She was really weak this morning. At least she went quickly and wasn't alone. I wish I could have stayed home with her, but I had to be at work today.
 
I'm so sorry, Carla. Callie's fight and your love for her were truly inspirational. Sending tons of hugs and prayers.....

I am so sorry your dear Callie has gone ahead. You took such good care of her and gave her more quality time than anyone thought she'd have. I'm glad your mom was with her. I know she felt your love.

Carla, I'm soo sorry. I was looking at someone else thread and saw that Callie had passed. At least you know she is in a better place and that you will see her again. :bighug::bighug:

Thanks everyone. Your support means a lot. Callie fought the cancer for over a year and a half. While I'm relieved she won't be in pain and having to fight, I'm going to miss her horribly. She was the last "kitten" from a litter of six that was born in my house. She's with her biological family now.

Furball must have read my dosecrease threat. She's doing good so I don't have to worry about her.

I am at my mom's briefly to update everyone because my internet is out. The tech is supposed to come to the house tomorrow evening. I'll try to update at work tomorrow.

Callie was so brave and such a fine kitty. I know you will miss her tremendously. But she knew that it was her time, and now she is flying free, free of pain, and reunited with her brothers and sisters and her kitty mama. We will light Stu's candle for her tonight.

I`m so sorry about Callie`s passing, poor sweet thing. She is now flying freecat_wings>o, no more pain, no more suffering. The Rainbow Bridge awaits, where kitties frolic in fragrant meadows, chasing butterflies, laying in the sun, and doing lots of fun kitty things.
I`m relieved that Furball is doing better. My prayers and thoughts are with you.:bighug::bighug:

Oh Carla I'm so sorry :bighug::bighug::bighug: I guess we can't hope for more than for them to live a long and happy life but damn it why can't they stay with us forever. Callie was truely a wonder cat exceeding all expectations to hang out with you as long as she could - it's amazing what love can do. I'm glad she went peacefully at home but so sorry it was her time, it's always too soon. I have lit a candle for your special girl. Fly free sweet Callie :rb_icon:
