Good morning!
AMPS 304 shooting 3.5u
I hope he brings it on down today; yesterday the bounce showed some signs of breaking.

Boomer ate well last night; he did leave some in each dish but I had given him extra last night because the night before he had to wake me up at 3:00 to get more food. And for the first time in several days he did not wake me up last night.

The Feliway diffuser has been running since yesterday late afternoon however it's not in an ideal location right now so I'll be figuring that out today.

I'm staying at home today :( my allergies got really bad yesterday and I have a newborn session scheduled for tomorrow morning so I'm staying indoors with the windows closed and the air on.

Today's photo was taken yesterday morning at Saunders Pond. I've been watching this pair of House Wrens for several weeks now and they're finally taking food into a nearby nesting box so I'm hoping to be photographing baby House Wrens soon!

Aren't their beaks full. Hope you feel better soon. We haven't put our air units in yet. Still hitting 50's at night.
We're only "needed" the air on a couple of times but for today/tomorrow it will be on because of my allergies, which don't seem to want to let up this spring:mad:

I know the power of the vines from here; please send them! Apparently the tick that the Dr removed from my neck almost 3 weeks ago has tested positive for something, idk what the walk-in clinic wouldn't tell me over the phone but they did say it was negative for Lyme disease. So my family Dr has the results and I'm going in for 1:00 (4.5 hours from now).
It never stops.

Sending you and Bean some best wishes for good numbers, relief from your allergies, and crazy good vines! :)

Note: I have no idea what vines are... :D

Judy, it sounds stupid but it wasn't that long ago the Canadian medical establishment decreed that Lyme disease stopped at the 49th parallel. Take everything any doctor tells you with a healthy dose of skepticism, the consequences can really mess up your life and the bull's eye is not the only indicator. A few people here have found ticks on their dogs as early as April and most of the pine trees here are seldom over 8 feet tall.
Did I mention my SIL never had her son vaccinated for measles and doesn't seem at all concerned. Stupidity knows no limits and vines won't help that. She lives in the interior of BC, prime tick territory. How she and Jordie made it this far is beyond me. Get well soon. :bighug:

Giving it a couple more cycles then I guess I'll have to increase.
Leaving for the Dr in about 15 minutes so I've scooped Boomer's +6 food out for him.

Sending more healing vines, good for tic bites too.
>Explains why some wines are less expensive other than coming in a box.
>Why is there a hand in this pic?
>Does toenail fungus add an oaky and earthly taste to some wines?
Drink up everyone, it's already past noon here.

Yeurk... Dickson, you're doing a great job... !!! Everytime I'll have a nice glass of wine now, guess what I'll have in mind :arghh:

Well the only reason I needed a Dr appt was because now the doctors aren't allowed to just review the test result and decide that there's no action needed; they actually have to see you to tell you the options. I do know it was a dog tick and not a deer tick and it's the deer ticks that carry lyme. The other two diseases that dog ticks can carry aren't normally found in this area. So unless I end up with a rash or other symptoms, I'm fine.

doctors aren't allowed to just review the test
My sister's family doctor put her through Hell over something like this. Instead of phoning her and saying "It's nothing serious, come in next week and we'll talk" they made her wait for a week to tell her the biopsy was just a lump of fat somewhere where it shouldn't be. Would a vet do that? :blackeye:
Have some nice California Pinot Noir Judy. When I lived in Alberta I sometimes filled prescriptions for brandy, something old doctors did for their very old patients. Mercury enemas were once a real thing, don't laugh (or cry).

Vines! Yes ticks can carry other bacteria other than Lyme. I am sure an AB will be all you need. :bighug:
