Hi Carla,

Happy blue is coming on the map again. Some time you have to kick them down by
force. The more they swim the more they get back on the coast ! Some are freaking
out when increasing but stagnation is not the way to get positive change. If negative
you can go back.

Good use of available weapon, we can get this sickness down with good strategy !
