That 522 might be a signal that the bounce is clearing, high before it clears. If so I would wait to see how the bounce clearing cycle goes which could be tomorrow. I think an increase will be needed but if given on the clearing cycle would give extra momentum. Bounces usually clear in 4-6 cycles.

I’ll wait for the 6 cycles in case it doesn’t happen by tomorw really don’t need more trouble
 
So 16th pm will be 6 cycles from his 86
I’ll wait til the 17th am shot to know better (hopefully) where we stand
 
I think I’d increase tomorrow night or the next morning if you dint want to increase on an evening cycle unless you see low blue or green.

I’ll see how he goes & will d’évidé I don’t mind doing the night it’s actually easier to check without disturbances…will only mean no sleep lol not a first not a last…am ready to do few more as long as it means we are improving……need to see it happening to feel better too

His snack is due in 2h am wondering if it’s worth giving him a spoon of something now or wait

but also bit shocked cause tonight a friend who’s not testing & went to vet yesterday with her boy messaged me her boy is at emergency vet cause she left for groceries came back & he was seizuring obviously too much insulin so poor Bub didn’t cope
 
I’ll recheck him in 10mn wasn’t too sure how much gravy he’d ate the whole can but only gave a thick spoon lol

he never had it before & was verrrry happy with it lol
 
I don’t understand not testing. Next time yousee a big drop like that feed some mc to slow him down. You want to figure out how to prevent the big drops and actually reductions until he spends a lot more time in blue and green.

You need to check every 30 for now. Once steady over 50 you can try lc. He needs to ideally be over 50 without food for two hours without food before totally stopping the testing but you will be able to increase time between tests. I’ll check back.
 
She’s doing rescue & got him 2 weeks ago cause ppl took him to vet to euthanise cause he was unwell…vet said it’s diabetic they said they don’t want the trouble…he’s 7 she took him & just started to get around it…he’s about 4kg the other vet she saw put him on 4u though he was at 12.5 yesterday & well it didn’t go to plan…
He’s on a drip emergency vet said bg is so slow they don’t even get a reading or something like that hope he will be she’s distressed too

am trying to sort the food gave him 1/2 of à dine was obviously not enough though when I give him higher carbs he goes up & doesn’t drop he is so frustrating lol

gotta test him again will be back

Read you again so am checking but won’t snack in half an hour he’s over the 50 so will hopefully be there for 2h then I’ll offer a snack & head to bed maybe
 
I think you can head to bed as he’s past nadir. Just feed a little lc or leave it out. He came up pretty fast. If you want to grab one more test I will never say not to do it.
