As far as I understand it's not a huge deal and the plan is to not attempt again since I don't know how much went in and continue tomorrow AM as normal.
I switched from U40 to U100 (I accounted for concentration change and went from 1IU U40 to 2.5IU U100) and the needle being much smaller and thinner threw me off I think.
