@Wendy&Neko Wendy, this might be an off-the-wall question but since he had just the one dip and we're back again in the 200s, would it not make sense to hold the dose rather than decrease?

Since you didn't have a tester while you were gone, you don't know what he was doing until you got back a couple nights ago. You know he got down to 74 after a PMPS of 94, and might well have gone lower that cycle. He's probably bouncing now. Wait until the bounce is over before deciding to jump back to a dose that was getting him pretty low.
