To say I'm happy would be a massive understatement, to say I'm thankful to the WONDERFUL people on this board would be just as big an understatement.
What WOULD Errol and I have done without you all?

This morning he is playing with his toy mouse, yesterday evening he was playing with his catnip ball. He is not sleeping nearly as much as he used to. His eyes are big and bright and round, not half closed in discomfort and worry. That to me is worth more than gold and more than I can ever thank you all for.

We might've given you the information, but you did the homework and all the hard work, michele! Great job!

Just to make sure you know, test him weekly for a while, then monthly forever. if he gets ill or looks off, check his BGs immediately. And avoid steroids if there is any other choice. He's still diabetic, just diet-controlled.

But enjoy this new life - it's a great one!
