Good morning!
AMPS 302 shooting 3.0u. Also started A/B this morning.

Thank you for all the dental vines sent to my boy! Boomer's dental yesterday went well and there were no extractions however there was a lot of tartar (despite my cleaning his teeth every day). There was one tooth that had a lot of inflammation. He's been put on a week of A/Bs. He ate within a half hour of getting home yesterday but his appy has been low since then. I tried 5 foods at PM+3 and he would eat a bit then stop....eventually he ate enough but I don't think he ate much overnight. He did eat most of his breakfast today with a bit of persuasion.

Our trip to Rondeau Provincial Park yesterday was good. I had a list of birds that I was hoping to photograph that I don't usually see around here; I managed to get shots of one of them the Prothonotary Warbler (see photo). I had Pileated Woodpeckers fly right in front of me twice but unfortunately they disappeared before I could even raise my camera:rolleyes::mad:. The rest of the birds on my list were nowhere to be found however I did see 3 or 4 birds that I had only seen/photographed once before and I got better shots of them.

Today on the agenda....well I've already been out but didn't have much success finding anything.....well the birds were there but I have lots of good shots of the birds I see there frequently so I'm really looking for something new! I have an appt for a hair cut this afternoon and storms are supposed to move in sometime this afternoon:p

That's good that Boomer didn't have to have an extraction. I hope the AB's do the job quickly to get rid of the inflammation and he gets back to eating more. Have a good day Judy!

Funny, I was looking in my bird book yesterday to identify a different bird I saw in my yard. Couldn't find it but saw the picture of the Protho Warbler and thought how beautiful it was . Judy, your photo is so much better though.

Do you use film and develop your self or is it all digital now a days?

Actually, back in film days I got interested in photography but I just couldn't afford the processing costs! Now its all digital (although there are a small number of film-photographers still around).

Good boy, Boomer! Keep on eatin' yer fuds. (sorry I missed the dental, but glad that there were no extractions; I'm looking forward to a root canal on Tuesday!!)

Love the picture. I don't know the warblers at all and am going to try to learn them this summer/fall.

On our paddle on Middle Saranac Lake and Weller Pond on Wednesday a loon popped up about 4 feet from my canoe. Of course I didn't have my phone handy to snap a picture.

Yay for a good dental! Will the cleaning help with the inflamed tooth? And I suppose that’s what the antibiotics are for.
