I tried your suggestion from yesterday to feed a snack at +8 or +9. I placed a small snack in the feeder for +8 which is 4:00am here, so I was sleeping. The food in that compartment was gone this morning, not really sure which of my two cats ate it, but its normally Kitty who eats out of the autofeeder. Sometimes I see my other cat eat from the autofeeder but not very often so it was probably Kitty who ate the food sometimes between +8 and +10. It seems to have helped, but its only one cycle, so we will see how it goes, I'm going to continue putting a small snack in at +8. She may not always eat it but at least its being offered.
