Good morning!
AMPS 187 shooting 3.0u
Boomer ate most of his overnight food although I had to change out his +3; he prefers Friskies pates these days; of course I have a cupboard full of fancy feast having stocked up when it was $.50 a can
.
Wasn't sure what was going to happen at +6 yesterday; he dropped so much! Stayed home with him to monitor but it turned out the +6 was as low as he was going.
+3 338. Thought the AMPS was a little low considering how he's been bouncing
of course today would be a perfect day to go somewhere and we can't because I have a dental appt for a filling at 2:00
it never fails.
Today's photo was taken yesterday at The Coves! I was watching a pair of Wood Ducks in the dark marshy area and I saw something fly from one of the logs up into a tree. I could see a nest up there. I moved into position and waited patiently and it came back down into the pond...and it was a Green Heron! My first this year; they've been nesting at the other pond I go to (Saunders Pond) for at least the last 2 years but I've never seen them in this particular location and I haven't seen the Saunders Ponds ones yet this year.
