Good morning,
It's been a while since last post! Ti-Mousse is down to 4.5u spending his time between greens and limes; of course as he goes down, I'm testing more and his little ears are painful even with the Polysporin!:( I'm reducing in small increments only, as when I do it by .25 he goes back up right away! (this is not the proper way of doing and should not be copied) He's doing well and playing a lot more! He looks happy, so I am !:)

OT
Old uncle was hospitalized again because dizzy and too weak to walk (not eating...) I was so worried because of the Covid! He finally came out a few days ago, very happy to be sent back home! and there we go again.. yesterday not eating... he's on strike, he's mad because the neighbour who's doing his groceries doesn't want to take him with her! He's gonna be 96 and he's confined but he doesn't understand that! Sometimes I'm so tired of dealing with doctors, social workers, pharmacist, neighbours and landlord! :arghh:

With all this, my spring to-do list is not going down very fast!! Today it's very mild and raining; this week will be hot and humid, going up to nearly 100F, much too hot for me!
Hope everybody is doing well and kitties are surfing safely !:)
 
Hi Lyane....so good to see that Ti-Mousse is doing FANTASTIC!! Oh my...gotta love all those greens ...he is like a wonder boy....please tell him to have a little chat with Yoyo and to straighten him out.

Sorry about your Uncle....only you know what you are going through and it can be very difficult to deal with.

It's funny to now see that you are going to be nearly 100F....I guess summer is upon you too!

Happy to see you posting on here again. I was actually looking for you the other day :). Ti-Mousse is looking great, it's a great feeling when they're happy and show it. I have a 96 year old grandma. She wanted to visit mom and dad. But dad had to tell her it's not the time for visiting. It's sad really but have to be safe. Have a great day Lyane!

Ti just told me Yo is on vacation, that's why he's not working hard on his numbers! You should have a nice surprise soon, he said....;)

I'm trying to post at least once a week, not as often as I use to but I go through all daily posts trying to keep up-to-date!! Sorry for your grandma, that's so sad !! :(

Can you point me to a time on the spreadsheet when this happened. Ti-Mousse then might not be the same can then as now. He has rather too much lime on his spreadsheet lately. Insulin needs can change rapidly with acro, caution is important. Full 0.25 reductions are strongly recommended for a visit to the 30's.

So sorry your uncle had to go into the hospital. It's horrible that we cannot visit them there. I understand why, but it's very stressful on the family. My parents are 97, my mother keeps wondering when we are going to visit. :( Maybe I'll throw a birthday cake out the car door when she turns 98 next month.
 
Hi Lyane, it's great to see Ti on ONLY 4.50 and being so happy and playful!! A green kitty sure can brighten up the day, I hope this trend continues!! :D

Sorry to hear about your uncle having to go back to the hospital, it's not a safe place to be these days so despite the grumbling on his part, I'm glad he's back home. You're being such an amazing niece, taking good care of him, hang in there, it can only get better. :bighug:

Didn’t get back to you before, can’t access SS with current browser since yesterday afternoon. Have to see why suddenly it stopped working and it’s OK in another browser !!

For Ti-Mousse last year around this time he was going down with proper reductions and then always going back up to his starting point; so he kept being in the elevator, up and down. With smaller reductions I feel I have more control on his numbers but I will use the proper reduction when he goes in the 30’s and see how it goes.

One thing I changed since 2020-04-08: I make sure there’s no resistance before shooting, otherwise I change spot! I noticed when I shoot, if the needle goes in like in soft butter his numbers go down; if I feel a resistance, numbers stay high! There is no scar tissue, I always alternate sites and bevel is on the right side! Maybe it’s just a coincidence but since I do this, his numbers are going down.

Very sorry for your parents!! For sure they must miss your visits but at least they're home together and safe! Won’t be easy to celebrate your mom’s birthday !!:(
