Boss is NOT a numbers guy. It is budget stuff. It is just frustrating that he will not listen to me, does what he wants (bull/China shop) and then dumps it back on me to fix.

That sounds very frustrating. Furball is doing okay. Her numbers have come down to low yellows.

Nice steady blues with some dark greens & no scares lately for Gizmo, he's working that .5u like a champ!

Going to bump him up a bit starting tonight and at least through the weekend since I will be home to monitor. Depending on the numbers will bring him down to 0.5U for next week. I want to get him more solidly into the greens.
How is Bronx doing? Any lasting side affects from the treatment or is he back to himself? I looked at his SS - his dosing has been all over the place - lol (but that may be more normal for him).

Hopefully I see some insulin resistance decrease from the treatments soon, but can take months. Doc said one cat out of about the 36 he has treated never responded, I hope Bronx isn't #2
. But doc did say it could take up to 6 months. However, I am afraid to have such a huge depot if his insulin needs suddenly decrease from the treatments, so using R more aggressively and less Levemir, thus the dosage swings you see. Hope you are having a good Friday!
Good luck with the weekend increase. It would be good to see Gizmo get a little bit lower greens and surf a little longer.

I agree. I am hoping between the tad bit increase and the waning panc flare(?) that maybe it will work out that way.

You need a syringe that has 1/8 increments, almost like Gizmo wants to try .625u (right between .75 & .5)
