My instincts were right about what Ms. Freckles had planned for last night. She had a low number WAY too early in the cycle so this morning I gave a BCS of 6u to reduce that depot. I don't mind giving up some sleep as long as she stays safe and continues to feel well.

Not a bad cycle for a BCS! But sometimes it's the second cycle when the damage shows. Or we can hope so tonight.
