As per Grace's vet's suggestion, she has been OTJ for the past 2 days but her BGs are creeping up a teeny bit each day. I have suggested that if this is the same tomorrow morning, we should consider going back to the skinny 0.1u Despite what the fPLI says, I still think she had/has pancreatitis, and her pancreas needs all the support we can give it. Any comments?

it looks to me like she could use some help if the numbers don't come down after eating.

The hyperthyroidism can wreak havoc on BG's for a while, until that is regulated. Whether she is shooting or not, she'll want to pay close attention to numbers and not be afraid to start insulin again as needed. Hopefully Grace can go OTJ and stay there once her thyroid is under control.
