Hi all,
Hope everything is ok for all of you, here it is more then ok. As some might know FMBD brought together two desperate (used to be) members. Amanda (Osha) and myself got in touch after some difficult passes with our own kitties. Time came last week for us to see each other for real (after 6 months of skype). Grant Central Station was our meeting ''spot''. Didn't take long before all the computer contact melted down to become reality, was amazing. Thanks to our sugar kitty, they did an amazing job. Trip to NY has been fun, good weather came just at the right time for the planned sortie. We went to where the Statue Of Liberty is by boat,
we walked in Central Park, Time Square, visited the 911 Memorial museum, went on to and inside and Aircraft carrier. The subway was initially freithening us, the damn cards were working a third of the time. One day we would have been ''jailed'' cause we didn't cross the gate on time
, but we made it. By the time we were ready to leave we'd mastered the subway system 
. Food was nice also, we went to different places every night but had our good value restaurant for breakfast (they knew us by our names at the end) 
.
Insulin management has been working very well, Amanda's mother did an amazing work . Up to staying awake up to midnight one day (thanks to Osha 
). Small Kitty was under good hands, the little 12 yo girl texted the results every day so we could adjust (had to rise but got results ).
Time to shot up now and let Amanda say a word :

Hello everyone. I hope everyone and their kitties are doing well. As Sebastien mentioned, we are having a wonderful time together. The trip to NY was amazing and now it is nice to be spending some time at home in DC with the kitties and my daughter. Osha is being Osha...her normal crazy self. It was really nice to have my mom take such great care of her while I was away. She will also be watching her when we go to Virginia Beach next week.
It has been amazing to spending time with Sebastien in real life. I am thankful that we have the opportunity to be together for this time. He is an amazing man and it has been wonderful to share my life with him here in DC. He has met my daughter, mom and my neighbors. He cooked an amazing meal for them last night. Tomorrow he will meet my dad and his wife, and my brother and his wife. Tuesday we will head to Regan National airport to see some planes that track hurricanes and storms. At some point we will also go to the smithsonian air and space and to udvar hazy. I would also like to take him to Arlington cemetery.
It is nice to be home with my daughter. She is a pretty cool kid and I was missing her. Sebastien and my daughter are getting along very nicely. It is cool to see them interacting in real life and seeing and hearing them talk and laugh.
Things are pretty amazing. Thank you all for your support and for helping out my mom the other night with Osha.
