Rory's numbers are staying high no mater how much insulin I give him it seems what can I do??? he is eating but energy is low, however it is warm out.. he stopped grooming again and his hair is looking greasy again however due to the testing he does get broken sleep

It looks to me like you could increase by 0.25u tonight or in the morning. You don't want to stay at a dose too long. This isn't really a high dose so just be a little patient as you gradually increase to bring Rory down to better numbers.
