Yes, just checked and they seem to be between 0-0.5. I will check again later today. He just had a 400s reading so I'm hoping they don't elevate...

What a relief to hear the ketones are down!

When he's in high numbers, you should check every day for ketones. Ketones can go from trace to high really quickly. If you see trace ketones I'd test again that day.

Did you shoot last night? There is no data in the spreadsheet past AM+2 yesterday. I suspect this is NDW you are seeing and it should be over soon.

I just updated the spreadsheet. We just completed day 2 of 4.5u and he's been really high today; lots of 400s.
I'm expecting ketones tomorrow morning...hopefully not!

He did see at least 239 yesterday AM, the lowest he's been for a while. NDW is gone, this is likely bounce.
