I made a mistake shooting this morning :( I didn't read your message @Stacy & Asia, I got it too late... It was a crazy morning again (toddler's tantrums, us being late, etc..) and I thought "oh this decrease to 0.25 is not working..." but I guess you're right, and now at +1 she was at 58 and I HAD to leave !!!

So I left high carb food and I'm going home to check on her during recess (I'm a teacher). If I'm late, another teacher is going to supervise my class for 5-10 minutes.. arg..
 
I'm glad you left high carb food out and are able to get home to check on her. Back to .25 tonight.

Yep, back to 0.25.. But I hate to see her in the 300's :( I hope she won't go back to such high numbers!

That was a huge drop at +1, I might have retested that number. Try not to worry about the higher numbers, bouncing is natural and you do need to give it time to clear. No harm done, she's looking good coming down the dosing scale. Glad you can run home and check during recess.
 
So I went home and she was at 4.2 at +4. Just in case, I gave her more high carb food.

I hope she's alright because now I can't come home before 3:30pm.

Of course cats can do whatever they want as soon as we see a pattern, but I think she will be just fine, you left food out too. She seems to like to take her low dips early! :cat:

We're doing ups and downs again :/ What's happening? Is she bouncing? What can I do to help her? I'm read about bouncing but I'm freaking out a bit!
 
Could be a bounce, but could also be the effect of the higher carb food. Look on 21.4, started pink and got to green, she could clear it fast. I would not worry about the higher number here, it should come back down shortly. +2 should give you an idea what she has planned this evening.
 
Yep, it's hard to know :/

At +2 she's at 274. I think I can go to bed, she has her regular food for the night : low carb wet food.

Now even my other cat eats low carb wet food, but he doesn't eat the same kind as Nam-kha. I got him some 9% carbs wet food so that if Nam-kha eats some one day, it wouldn't be that bad... But she really hates to eat in my other cat's bowl. She's very delicate and only eats in her nice pink bowl... I've never meet a cat like her before :)
