I'm not sure if I gave her 1.25u fat, or if it was a 1.25u. The top of the sryinge wasn't level with the first line (the one next to the needle) when I started. I'm going to presume that I dosed her correctly, and if not, I'll have another chance tonight.

I second guess my dosing all the time, especially since DH does the morning syringe and I do the evening. Hope it is just a food spike and Blackie turns it around for you. Have a great day Angela!

On top of trying to get Blackie lower in #s, I'm also dealing with my horse's lameness issue. She was diagnosed with ringbone of the pastern joint on the left foreleg this past Tuesday. At this time, she's not rideable, but I'm doing some research on what CAN be done for her. She's also 20. In my opinion, she's got many years left in her before she retires permanently. I'm, by no means, a competitive rider. Just a leisurely trail rider.
