Continuing yesterday's conversation - I'm not sure another blood panel will help figure out what's happening. How long since the last one? If it's been a while it's not a bad idea. You will need a recent blood panel before dental etc.
For Neko's arthritis, bureporphine was a game changer. Some acros do OK with gaba (not Neko), some need both gaba and bupe, some just bupe. She also got a bunch of supplements (Duralactin did the most for her), but also fish oil, hyaluronic acid got a try. Supplements with MSM can help. Acupuncture also really helped her mobility.
