Just popping in to say Happy Earth Day. Hopefully everyone found a way to celebrate this beautiful planet we all live on and share.
I took a nice walk in my neighborhood and admired all the local wildlife and nature springing back to life 🌎🌿🐿🦫🐦🐞🐝🦋🌱

What a lovely post. Happy Earth Day. We are truely blessed. This is our walk yesterday…

Arya is looking amazing. She had a bald ring around her neck when she was sick, I thought her collar had rubbed off the fur, it was about an inch thick of baldness. That’s all come back as lovely fluffy fur, previously her fur was lank and dandruffy.. she looks beautiful and is so playful and happy. I haven’t seen her like this in years although her BG is a little higher than I would like and she had a blue reading this week. I think she may have started jumping up onto the pool table where my other cat has his food- which is something she would never have attempted before, so he’s going to have to eat her food now but he probably should as he’s HUGE!
I’ve started a OMAD keto diet myself as my own BG was normal but high-normal. It’s down from 5.4 to 4.2 in a week and I understand now why Arya feels so good. It’s like someone has given me a manic pill, I didn’t even realise how much brain fog I had before. My energy levels are amazing and my eye sight has improved significantly.
