Morning All!

It's our first morning posting here in Lantus Land! Here is our post from yesterday: http://www.felinediabetes.com/FDMB/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=68873[

Lucy is currently eating her delicious Mixed Grill brekkie with her sis Ethel!

She is definatley feeling better, last night she was chasing the dog through the house! He is glad to have his bff feeling better.

Hope you all have a great day!

Val & Lucy

ETA: OK, I think I've figured out the link cut and paste! Please cross fingers and paws that miss Lucy is becoming partial to the colour blue!

I am hoping to get a few more tests done between AM and PM shots later this week too!

Re: 04/17 Lucy AMPS 344

Link to yesterday isn't working, I think you may have forgotten (or didn't yet know) you need to put the address in between the brackets that will appear when you click on that button at the top of the message writing area.

  on chasing the drooler through the house what type is s/he?

Re: 04/17 Lucy AMPS 344

Thanks!

I tried to fix the link from my phone but can't seem to get it! Sorry! Will try when I get to wirk!

The drooler (love that!) Is an American Foxhound named Logan!

Welcome Val and Lucy to Lantus Land. "Lucy" and "Ethel", how wonderful!! Your drooler, Logan, has a name out of sync with the names of your kitties: he should be "Ricky" or "Fred"!!

Here are some of your background posts:

Val -- I'm guessing as to why you dropped Lucy's dose to 1.0u but could you mention why you reduced so drastically?

Thanks for linking to my previous posts! I was not having a good internet morning lol

I reduced her dosing so much for a couple of reasons...her vet was suggesting not to shoot if she was under 180 ish, but uf she was over that to give her 2u. We did something like that but then Lucy was getting only one shot a day!

I decided to 'split the difference' and try the 1u BID since that is optimal dosing times according to all my info!

She is also now only eating canned, so we were being cautious there too!

We have our weekly vet check in tonight, so if there is anything that you see that I should ask/confirm with her please let me know!

We are a blended fur family lol! Logan and the girls have been together since 2009! They may be out of sync with names, but they match colourwise...all are black, brown and white-in varying combinations!

Welcome to LL Val and Lucy. Just a note on linking, you need to copy the whole URL http://www.felinediabetes.com/FDMB/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=68873%5B and paste it between the BBCode brackets [color=#FF4080]paste here[/color] when you are finished w/ your post you can click the "preview" button instead of submit to check that it worked. If it did the code will disappear and the link will turn blue in the preview pane. If it is OK then click submit, if not make edit and then submit.

Here is you link to yesterday http://www.felinediabetes.com/FDMB/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=68873[
