I have 2 vials of levermir that haven't been opened and have july 2016 on. they've been stored in my fridge and anyone is welcome to have them free but will have to collect. I know its a long shot as there isn't many of us uk'ers on here but I had to try!!

Hi Anna,
I have been following your progess since long before I joined the forum. I used to watch from afar. Bailey often reminded me of Sheba and we seemed to do and try the same things about the same times!

I tried Sheba on levemir about 10 or 11 months ago and I also stopped after a few weeks because I kept getting high numbers. Looking back I can see the reason I failed was because I was not giving enough levemir.
About 4 or 5 months later when I was running out of the lantus I decided to try it again because while I was going ok with the lantus, I was not getting great numbers. I also had bought a whole box of levemir and had 4 full vials of it in the frig! (It is the only way I can buy the levemir here)

This time I started on an equivalent amount as the lantus as I knew how she had reacted the last time to the levemir and I was really happy with the results. She is still on the levemir and I am trying to sort our Sheba's bounces with the help of Julie, Wendy and Chris. But I am liking the levemir and the later nadirs.

I don't want to put the cat amongst the pigeons, but thought I would tell you before you give away the levemir, just in case you wanted to give it another try. I'm glad I tried a second time.
