Hello,
I was intending to give Carbonel a drop more insulin this morning but because her AMPS was better than usual and so much better than last night, I decided to wait. Unfortunately she did not keep going down, but went up instead after her shot this morning. The reason why I am apprehensive about increasing the Insulin is because when she was high all the time and I kept increasing her insulin, her numbers went up and up. When I finally reduced the Insulin, It took 5 days to start to show some low numbers.
I would really appreciate your experienced opinions.
Kind Regards,
Carol and Carbonel

Here's my best guess. Numbers kept going down last night into the lower yellows and started come up until your AMPS. They are now heading back up. There can be times when any cat experiences a late nadir. If nadirs are consistently above 200, you should be fine to increase but you need to be comfortable with when you do so.
