J.D. was a little off yesterday afternoon and evening. He ate okay and did come for his snuggle time.
At +9.75, I gave him some Pepcid and about 10 minutes after that he threw up, just a teeny bit of food if anything. I was in bed, so just kept putting Ginger's self warming crate pad thing under him, as he threw up at least 3 or 4 times, but not much came out. He has been throwing up after Pepcid quite a lot recently.
On Thursday, he starts another round of two weeks of Baytril, so I think he's not supposed to have stomach protectants like Pepcid then, anyway. Or maybe he can have some in the mornings, since the Baytril will be given at night.
He was walking around this morning, and going outside on the deck in the dark to get drinks from his watering can, and at +11, I gave him some Ondansetron. At +11.5 he starting acting hungry, so I tested him at +11.75 (that's the 268) and fed him some food, to make sure he keeps it down. I gave him his shot at +12 along with some cypro.
Oh, and he pooed a pale wettish poo at +11. I think getting that poo out helped him to feel better too.
Please send tummy feel better vines to J.D. today, I think he could use some.
I had the air conditioning on all night last night as it was muggy here. We are supposed to have thunder storms all day today, and then if we're lucky a bit of snow in the wee hours of Wednesday morning and some cooler weather coming up.
I hope everyone has a good day.
