Come on Furball you heard your bean surf the blue. Toby will run around a bit then flop over and just bat at the string. I can't say much I can't run like I used to. LOL:):):)
 
That sounds like Marshmellow. When playing, whether a string/feather or even a laser dot. She'll chase for a minute or two, then she'll lay there and try to bat at it. Thank goodness she has Lizzy (adopted sister) to chase and be chased by to keep her active! Good luck with her.

We call that "lay'n'play" in my family. When my nephew really likes a toy car or train, he likes to lay down and drive it across the floor that way. He'll go suddenly from running around like a 3 year old mad man to contentedly pushing a car back and forth right in front of his face, haha. Hope Furball has a nice blue day!
 
Love that AMPS, Furball. I hope you spend the whole day relaxing on the blue floor. Think how happy Mama will be when she gets home!

Most of my cats play that way now. Before her amputation, Sasha would still chase something for a minute or two, but then it was "lay'n play"! (love, that, Patricia!)
