Cleo has cleared the bounce. I've just arrived home from work. She is waiting for food. I think I will stall 20 minutes to see if she is going up. Am I doing right?
Please, give me advices to what to do next. I've plenty of strips, honey and hc food.

Yes, I'd wait to see if she's still falling or if that 60 is a rising number. After that, I'm not really too sure. I've shot under 60 for Rosa once and it was fine, but she hadn't just cleared a bounce which it looks like Cleo has done recently. Hopefully someone else will look in with some advice for you by the time you get her next test.
 
Thank you April! I've never shot a number so low, then I'm a little hesitant to shoot.
 
I don't blame you - the lowest I shot was 57, but Rosa had been pretty much flat for a couple of days at that point so it felt fairly safe. That's why I'm hesitant to tell you to shoot when Cleo's obviously a good way lower than she was this morning. I'm not the bravest with these lower numbers at all - I got used to it with Rosa if I could stay home and monitor but I skipped a number of shots because I wasn't completely sure. She might be rising nicely at her next test and that might resolve the problem by itself but if not then it might be worth adding the 911 prefix to the thread just to get a few more people looking in for opinions. If you do decide to shoot a lower number, I'll stick around with you in case you need reassurance later on. :)
 
I can't see her SS for some reason....google is having issues. Yes, stall for 20 minutes and retest and lets see what she's doing. I'll check back.

Just another idea...any time you get a test that seems "out of place", you should immediately re-test. Sometimes you get a wonky strip

Glad you're stalling and retesting though.....if that 60 was right, that's quite a way to break a bounce Cleo!!

Yes, I have 200 strips. Some days ago I realized to have only 4 strips and it was terrible. So now I stock up on strips :)

Chris, thank you for your suggestion. I always forget to do this, but in this case I was pretty sure it was a good strip because Cleo is used to bounce and go low at the preshot :)
 
I've been looking in on and off to make sure she's doing OK Delia, but I'm not seeing anything too concerning here so haven't commented so far. Cleo's looking great! :D
 
April, thank you to stay here. Yes, Cleo is looking great. At +4 bg is 98. Now I'll try to sleep a little on the sofa (it's past midnight here). I think to test in 2 hours (+6), do you think it's ok?

Sorry Delia - the site only just showed me that I had notifications. Yes, I think +6 would be fine - looks like Cleo might be planning a little surf for you tonight :D
 
April, don't worry. At +7 bg is 103. What do you think about it?

When should I test next? +9? Or need a +8?
 
She's pretty much flat right now - and probably past the peak effect of the Lantus too - I think +9 should be fine :)
