Good morning!
AMPS 229 shooting 2.25u
Don't know what is causing this bounce; no big drops no low numbers:rolleyes:

Boomer ate most of his overnight food leaving about 2 tsp. When I woke up this morning DH and Boomer were already up and sitting together in the living room; Boomer does enjoy the neck scratches given by DH.

I'm still waiting for the loons to arrive; hopefully they haven't flown right past London! There was a warm south wind yesterday so I'm hoping it helped them in their migration north. It's supposed to be nice today so I'm heading out early; DH will be here with Boomer.

Today's photo was taken 2 days ago, I made a quick trip to Saunders Pond; it was dull and very windy that day and I had just about given up when this Belted Kingfisher flew right in front of me and up into the top of a very tall tree. She was just about blown off the branch several times!

Kingfishers are one of my favorite birds. The look like they should be from the dinosaur age. We don't have them here but closer to the gulf they are abundant. My favorite is the roadrunner but they are farther west though we did see one here running down the main street of the subdivision. Have no idea where he came from.

Enjoy your day out!
