Well its been an interesting few days. What the heck happened with his numbers?! He's been off the ear drops for 3 days, but his BG has never spiked like this while on these ear drops.

A couple days ago he wasn't overly interested in food, vomited, had diarrhea and was really lethargic. The vet gave us a "Pacreatitis kit" as I called it just because he's prone to it, so I gave him subQ fluids and anti-nausea. He's been 90% back to himself and has his appetite back, so it probably wasn't that.

Hopefully his numbers will keep going down.

Sounds like pancreatitis. I’d consider going up to .25 if you see many more blue readings. Hopefully the fluids and anti nausea has helped.
