I think Vyktor is liking his new dose ;-)

I'm not liking your daylight savings though, by the time you beans are posting in the morning I'm just about ready for bed (since I'm allowed to go at a respectable hour now) and now that I'm back at tbp full-time I don't have much time in my morning - I will become known as the night stalker for sure :lol:

Thanks Serryn for the veggie salad. I almost put the same things in the one I eat everyday. I know beans are good for us, but I hate them. DH loves them, so he does add them to his. I see you didn't have vinegar in you're's either. About two and a half years ago, I got IC (Interstitial Cystitis), and had to go on a nonacid diet (alternative treatment that worked!) for almost a year and a half. That was a very, very hard time, but learned a lot about acidic foods and what they do to us. Anyway, I add raw broccoli too. I also find that all nuts do the same thing to my rosacea and the most interesting thing I learned when on the no acidic food diet was, that all nuts are accidic except cashews :cry: I really loved my cashew butter and it was allowed for my IC, but I could not live with the rosacea.

Sorry about our daylight saving time, but I am on sometimes at our 2AM, I don't know what time that would be in Australia.

Thank you for suggesting to Zener that he try flat greens. After he read that, he dropped from 401 to the 80s and surfed there this afternoon. :lol: :lol: He didn't know he could do that.

Serryn, I saw that salad on Amy's condo. I think I would like to try it, too.
A big congrats and hug on Day 3 for you and Vyktor. Amazing what you have done and in such a short time. Vyktor is a very lucky kitty.
