04/11 Eddie AMPS 328 +3 346 PMPS 371 +3 378

is this still a bounce?
I don’t know what you mean by “still” a bounce. Eddie plummeted from 439 to 113 in three hours last night. Today is the first cycle after that (and bounces can last up to six cycles). I am not surprised at all that he bounced and stayed a bit high today. He also had MC food last night. Are you really surprised by today’s cycle or are you perhaps triggering a bit by the moderately high numbers?

Please take a deep breath and tell yourself that this will pass.

I might suggest that you draw a box around the last 6 cycles or so, step back, and evaluate that rather than looking at any single data point or cycle (exception being low numbers, of course, which one must address immediately). Sometimes we’re too close to the forest to see the trees. :bighug:

Not NDW, that's done in the first couple days of a dose increase. I agree with JL, steep drops cause bounces. Also, look what happened the cycle after he hit 106 on April 5th. Also, do not look at cycles as individual entities. Look at the waves of action over several days/cycles.

Thanks, JL! I think when I said "still" I meant in reference to the bounce that came before where we are now.
I'm going to take a walk and count some trees.

Yes, you are right, of course. I start looking at what happens from day to day as if the days were not unfolding in a wave pattern but in a straight line from AMPS to PMPS one day after another and then it begins again. Of course it does, but the next day is not in isolation....I hope this makes sense. I do know what you mean.
