04/09 - Freckles and Judy PMPS 117, 148@+3 - increase by .5 or 1u tomorrow morning?

Because it wasn't that long ago you saw the 30's on 10.5, and she's seen low blues, I'd try a 0.5 unit increase. That is, if you don't see greens tonight.
 
FYI, both of those articles (couldn't read the middle one), are referring to a type of diabetes that is not the kind caused by acromegaly. Meaning, useless for Freckles or Olive in regards to diabetes. It may be helpful as an antiinflammatory for other conditions.
 
There are different types of pituitary tumours. Prolactinomas - which the top article is about, are not the same as those causing acromegaly. The second article again does not address diabetes due to acromegaly. As I said, there may be some anti inflammatory benefits, but unfortunately no studies on cats.
