Yesterday's day 4

Ivana is still going fabulously! I've even stopped biting my nails before each test and just relaxed into the trial confident that she's going to pass :-)

She had another couple of kitteny moments last night - I was already in bed but hubby told me that they both heard a possum on the roof outside, and Ivana's eyes went like saucers and she became very brave (as she does when the critters are outside not inside!) and wanted to go out and find the possum. Obviously she wasn't allowed to but the fact that she had that burst of energy means alot. Also at 5am this morning she did "The Yowl" - I'm know you all know what I'm talking about! The I'm hungry/thirsty/bored/cold/hot/need attention/want to play meow. At least she waited til 5am I suppose! I hope she has more of these moments, it really does seem like she's happier these days which we are so thankful for :cat:

I know exactly what you mean! The kind of meow that would wake you from the dead... and that only ever seems to happen when the beans are sleeping. :rolleyes:

Exactly! Normally I would have jumped out of bed to test her incase she was demanding food from being low, but this morning all I had to do was check she hadn't caught a mouse/cricket/frog/or that the giant centipede we found in our bedroom last night hadn't come back inside (seriously, it was freaking HUGE!)
 
congrats on day 5...Ivana is looking beautiful and your rocking as well.

"Yo Ivana hows it hanging girl friend??? Can not wait till youz gets to the falls then we can make all sorts of trouble and drive the beans nutz. My little sister is a pain in the butt perhaps you can slap her into shape for me??? She has no respect for me, also keep up the early am yowl the beans really love it.. honest!!" Magellan comments then grooms his tail.

We call that the "911" - in the US if you have an emergency, you can phone 911. That's what I think of when the kitty gets going on that yowl. Mine sometimes do it if they are just alone, like down a hall and no one is there. I think - you ding dong, I'm just right here! Silly cats.

And wahoo on day 5!!! The wooties are starting to get agitated. They're always ready for a good party!

Love the possum story, and that she is feeling like a kitten again.
She's probably wondering what is happening with those silly o'clock snacks she used to get.:) BFG does those yowls too, but never in the early hours, usually just when he is alone, or thinks he is alone, silly kitty.

Cinco has the most bloodcurdling howl when he really gets going. No idea why he does it, but it definitely gets your attention. Luckily, he lives downstairs and we sleep upstairs.
