Thanks, Carla. I'm nervous because I have to leave him alone late this morning, when he is apt to drop the most, to take one of my civvies to the vet. I hate leaving him alone before I am sure he is going to surf safely!Nice start for Squallie. I hope he surfs safely today.
Thanks! Just got back, vet says Vinnie's heart and lungs sound good but he has a slightly swollen gland in his cheek/jowl. No fever.Could potentially be asthma, need bloodwork and chest xrays if that's the case but first we're trying a course of ABs to rule out URI. Vinnie has longish hair and is shedding a lot so it also could be a hairball he can't hack up! Vet says he's lost less than 1/2 lb since last year but he sure looks and feels skinny to me.I'm sure he'll be fine. He's been sufing nicely lately. I hope the vetty visit goes well.

Will check him again in 20.

Lol!Squallie appears to be craving attention. Heaven forbid a civvie should steal even a minute of your focus!
All eyes are on you now, buddy. Back towards shore, please!

Thanks, Barbara. The time just got away from me tonight.Well, don't be too hard on yourself, you had a lot going on today![]()
So easy to do sometimes, it's a miracle it doesn't happen more often. Thanks, Barbara. The time just got away from me tonight.
