Better numbers. I think the food is higher carb than he is used to (but still ok) - just going to take a bit more insulin than his "normal" but time will tell. I don't mind - with as much as he likes it I am not giving up on it yet.
I mentioned that I had fed the Holistic Chicken Liver and Lamb - He didn't eat it with any great enthusiasm and he also didn't "feel" as good (lethargic). I am wondering if he is (or has become) sensitive to Chicken (and/or Turkey). If that is the case, it scares me because there is so much limited "other" food out there. His stomach has not been bloated or tight feeling and his LB functions have been amazing since starting the Whole Earth Duck. There is no encouraging him to eat and he licks the bowls spotless every time.
My stepson is coming up for lunch today. His birthday was Thursday. We were going to take him to lunch until we figured that the restaurants would be packed (Easter), so I have been elected to cook. We are going to do Crab cakes, pasta, broccoli and some boiled shrimp.
