? 03/30/2023 MISSY: AMPS 221 / 218@ +3 Thoughts?

I’ve had slightly higher numbers actually happen for a day or two after an increase. It’s like when the depot is building, it’s not quite as effective or something? Just a guess.

(Beautiful yellows and blues. I wish those were Jack’s highs… heh heh.)

Oh, and btw your title says 3/03 instead of 3/30. Thought you might wanna fix that.:)

Hope so...
Tnx for the correction...will be 20 yrs this May since I moved to the USA but still having issues with time, measurements and numbers in general :banghead:

Hello, my friend, Simone! How is Missy doing with her injections and tests now? You are managing well! Seems like she's stuck in yellow for now, but she won't be there forever. :-)

Tnx for asking Suzanne...surprisingly Missy is taking the testing/shots without resistance (she's very good with testing and still growls a bit with shots but that's her way to communicate and warning me)...still, only spots I can give her shots is and always be on her scruff. She has very thin skin, she won't let me grab her skin but I manage ok to gently pull up her hair so I can give her the shot. Her numbers seems stucked for now but I still hope is just a matter of time...sometimes I question the way I do her shots but, so far, no furshots that I know of. Just got in touch with the IM today and we're still planning on getting Missy off the Budesonide totally soon (I'm down to .05mg now and, if all goes well, we should be done in a few weeks. I did the same with Micio succesfully and hoping the same with Missy). She's still taking Denamarin to help with pancreatitis with no issues for now, we'll see in a few months with another blood work.
She's exclusively hanging in the bedroom still, only comes out for a few minutes to check around but keeps going back to her "safe place" especially when she hears me preparing the testing/shots....she waits for me to go feed her either by hand or syringe but sometimes she'll eat a bit on her own and that's ok too. Hopefully some day she'll come out of her shell :cat:

Well it will be good if you can safely transition her off the Budesonide. I am proud of you for tackling this whole thing with Missy, but then I know how much you l love her so I am not surprised. Poor Missy has had such losses recently and she must not have been feeling well either. She doesn’t understand it all.
