Furball was happy & purry this morning. It's nice to see another green again. I just hope she does it tomorrow while I'm off. TGIF.

Ella, I'm glad things worked out with your fridge delivery from Lowe's. I don't know what they can do for me, unless they give me a discount off the price of the fridge. They had a deal for free shipping, but it was supposed to be next day local delivery. Considering I live less than 5 minutes from the store, there is no excuse for me not getting it the next day. I needed it yesterday because I didn't have a working fridge, but they didn't offer to go out of their way to get it to me. I will complain just so they know what happened. Maybe it will make a difference in their delivery procedures for other people.

I agree that you should let customer service know how disappointed you were with your delivery problems, since you had heard how great Lowe's usually is. And you live so close to the store. How much inconvenience and money (lost work hours) it has caused you. And then you ask if you can be compensated in some way. Even with a gift card. Hopefully, you will get a manager who cares about his store's reputation. Doesn't hurt to try :cool:

I am also very happy it's Friday! Hopefully Furball will give you a nice blue day and saves the greens for the weekend (unless they are high greens!) :razz: .

I'm glad you got your fridge, finally. I hope you can get some sort of compensation from Lowes! TGIF :-D

Nice day for Furball! What a hassle with the fridge. I can't stand being at the mercy of services anymore...they don't care because they've already got your money. I'm glad you finally have a fridge, and hopefully your comments will make them think twice about screwing up like that again.
